2. Currency & Pricing
All prices, quotations, invoices, and transactions are denominated and processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Payment Timing & Order Confirmation
• Online Orders: When placing an order online, your payment authorization or submitted order request initiates the reservation of your unit. • Dispatch Release: Equipment will only be released from our depots, loaded on carrier trailers, or dispatched for delivery once full payment has settled and cleared. • Invoices: Commercial sales invoices itemize product pricing, delivery fees, and any applicable state sales taxes.
4. Security, Encryption & Fraud Prevention
• Level-1 PCI-DSS Compliance: All online transactions are processed through certified, Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways utilizing 256-bit SSL encryption. • No Local Card Storage: We do not store, log, or maintain sensitive payment card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers. • Fraud Verification Checks: For customer protection, high-value capital equipment orders may be subject to additional verification, including billing address verification (AVS), phone confirmation, or identity verification prior to dispatch.
